Promotional Statement

 Promotional Statement !!

My name is Georgie Spall. I would consider myself a dedicated performer who believes in the importance of punctuality and commitment. I have been involved in several drama groups since the age of 8 where I was taught a range of versatile skills in order to aid my understanding of different theatrical styles such as naturalism, comedy and modernism. My passion for the arts has led me to a number of incredible opportunities such as performing in the Royal Albert Hall and playing lead roles in musicals like 'School of Rock' and 'Guys and Dolls'. After being surrounded by like-minded individuals for so long, I would say that my confidence and communication skills have flourished, enabling me to thrive in collaborative environments. In addition to acting, my interest for the arts can also be shown through my musical abilities, including playing the clarinet in jazz bands and school orchestras, as well as singing. In my opinion, my talents in music and literature have increased my level of creativity, allowing me to be more open minded, particularly when sharing ideas. As an actor, my main goal is to show my love for the beauty of theatre with audiences whilst I am on stage.

Content is very well presented and considered. Would like to see more information on your skills set within Acting. In your presentation to camera, try to relax and keep your hair from your face and be fluid and natural in your speaking.
